Hello CMS Families!

From the Health Office:
CMS Families,
All medications and medical equipment must be picked up from the school health office by Tuesday May 30th.
Medications cannot go home with your student.
Medications will be disposed of if they are not picked up by 5/30.
If your student is participating in a summer program, you must still pick up the medication from CMS, and bring it to the summer program on the first day. If you have any questions, please contact michelle_foster@dpsk12.net
